Postage Options & Information
Guaranteed same day delivery for all items held in stock if placed before 11.30am, and your payment having been accepted and cleared. In all cases you shall be notified of dispatch via email.
Please allow up to 14 days for the delivery of personalised items, however we endeavour to get them to you as soon as possible.

On rare occasions a higher charge may be applied to your order other than that stated at checkout. This is due to the excessive rise in delivery charges on orders weighing more than 2kg. If this occurs we will always contact you to notify you, at which point you can still cancel your order should you wish to.
We also offer free shipping on orders of £50 or more to all UK addresses.
Customers in the Ullapool area may also collect their order if they wish, please contact via email prior to collection to confirm this.

Gift Wrapping Service
We also offer a gift wrapping service for an additional £2.50. Please select this option at checkout and fill in the gift tag details if you would like one.
Your product(s) will be wrapped in tissue paper and then either a suitable wrap or gift bag to suit then we will attach your gift tag. This can then be sent direct to the recipient by filling in an alternative delivery address or direct to you ready to give, which ever you choose. If you have any queries please just contact us and we will do our upmost to help.
If you choose to send as a gift and direct to recipient no invoice will be enclosed with the parcel.
Some orders are exempt from this service, if you purchase an item that it not available for gift wrap we will refund the wrapping charge and contact you by email for confirmation.
