Postage Options & Information
*Guaranteed same day dispatch for all items held in stock, if your order is placed before 1.00 pm and your payment has been accepted and cleared. Otherwise we aim to dispatch within 48 hours (excluding personalised items) In all cases you shall be notified of dispatch via email.
Please allow up to 14 days for the delivery of personalised items and Inch Blue shoes, however we endeavour to get them to you as soon as possible.
Our prices for postage & packaging are dependant on order value see table below.

We also offer free standard shipping on orders of £50 or more to all UK addresses.
Customers in the Inverness area may also collect their order if they wish, please contact via email prior to collection to confirm this.

Order not arrived?
Please allow up to 7 working days in case of delays in transit. Once this delivery time has passed you should contact your local Royal Mail depot giving your house number and postcode as cards are not always left. After you have followed these steps and the Royal Mail have confirmed they do not have your order, you must contact us within 30 days in writing. We reserve the right to send replacement orders 10 days after you received your 'Order dispatched' email. This is to allow the Royal Mail time to investigate your lost order.
If your order is returned to us because you did not pick it up from the delivery office after a failed delivery attempt, you will be required to pay the delivery cost to re-send the item.
