Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer Satisfaction is our upmost priority, if you have any queries we will help you in any way we can. 

Delivery

Items that are in stock, and if your payment has cleared before 11.30am on day of purchase will be normally sent same day.  Otherwise it will be sent next day (excluding Sundays/Bank Holidays) if for any reason this is not possible you will be contacted immediately via email to confirm date of dispatch.  Some items are sent by Recorded Delivery as standard, if this is the case with your order it will be confirmed via email. 

We try to recycle as much packaging as possible, it helps you, its helps us and it helps the environment.  We hope you will support us in our decision.

All relevant posting information with regards to orders are retained for 28 days. If your item fails to arrive, please notify us and we will work with you to make a claim for compensation. Please note that Royal Mail does not consider an item as missing until 15 working days have passed since posting.

For orders whose value exceeds the insurance rate offered by Royal Mail, Special Delivery will be used instead.

Please Note: Due to excessive delivery charges on orders weighing over 2kg, a higher charge may be applied other than that stated at checkout. We will always contact you to notify you, at which point you can still cancel your order should you wish to.

Occasionally items may be out of stock, if this happens we will contact you immediately with a revised delivery date and/or offer you an immediate refund.

Payment Options

We accept various forms of payment to make your purchase as easy as possible for you.

• Bank Transfer - Pay instantly without fuss.
• Google Checkout - Google Checkout offers users a fast, convenient, and secure way to pay online
• Paypal - Paypal is 100% secure and safe and is handled on encrypted (padlocked) pages.*
• NoChex - Pay by any major debit/credit card with no need to register. Fast, safe and handled on encrypted pages. *
• Cheque - Please email us for payment details and address beforehand. Please note your order will be sent when cheque clears, usually between 5-7 days.
• Postal Order - we will accept either 'crossed' or 'uncrossed', please contact us for payment details
• Payment on Collection - Conditions apply, by previous request only.  Available in Ullapool area.

This excludes underwear which is exempt from this guarantee, due to hygiene regulations which we are sure you can understand. Also, personalised items, which can only be returned if faulty or damaged upon receipt.

If you are unsure of your exact size please contact us. We understand that you may want to inspect your garment for suitability, however we would request that you refrain from removing any tags until you are 100% happy with your purchase.

In all instances, we would request that you contact us where we will advise you further and issue a returns form.  Please note that you the customer will be responsible for the return postage cost. We would advise that you use a trackable return postage service.

Gift Wrapping

Please note that some of our items are not available with our gift wrap option.  If in the event you order an item that is not included we will refund the gift wrap charge and process your order without it.  We will of course notify you by email of any changes made to your order for your confirmation.

Privacy Statement

All personal information will remain confidential.

We will never use your details for any other purpose other than for processing & dispatching your order.
We will never pass on any of our customers details to any 3rd party for any reason whatsoever.  All details we have of our customers are kept within our securely hosted website for our future reference only, incase of queries on orders & complaints etc.
